Delete your 9ja Traders account
You can ask us to permanently delete your 9ja Traders account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Tap the button below to email us from the email address on your account.
- Include your account email and phone number so we can confirm it's you.
- We confirm and delete your account within 7 days, then reply to let you know.
Or email support@9jatraders.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, phone numbers, photo and location
- All your ads, wanted requests, photos and videos
- Your messages, followers, reviews you wrote and saved items
- Verification documents and login details
What we may keep
Payment and sales records (amount, date, reference) may be kept for up to 6 years where Nigerian tax and financial laws require it. Unpaid earnings must be withdrawn before deletion.
