1. Welcome to 9ja Traders
These Terms of Service govern your use of the 9ja Traders website and services. By creating an account, posting an ad, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use 9ja Traders.
2. Who can use 9ja Traders
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may only have one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
3. Posting rules
All ads must be accurate, truthful, and placed in the correct category. You may not post duplicate listings, fake items, misleading prices, or content that violates Nigerian law. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and adult content. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad without notice.
4. Fees and payments
Posting an ad is free. Optional paid promotions are available for a fee shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Paystack and are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Buying and selling
9ja Traders is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction. Users must inspect items before payment and agree on delivery terms between themselves. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any item.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harass other users, attempt fraud, or repeatedly post low-quality or prohibited content.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 9ja Traders after changes means you accept the updated terms.
